Our pure ingredient is derived solely from Miracle Fruit (Synsepalum dulcificum). The freeze dried powder form of the fruit offered here harnesses the sweetening, flavor masking, and flavor enhancing effects caused by a special glycoprotein in the fruit called miraculin. It provides solutions within the health and wellness industry for those that experience taste alterations, and for those seeking the benefits of zero calorie sweeteners. There are also applications within the food and beverage industry as a natural flavor enhancer and functional food.

The powder has no allergens, no artificial flavors, no preservatives, no yeast or gluten, and it is non-GMO. A certificate of analysis is available upon request.

The flavor of the powder is characteristic to the fruit which is somewhat cherry-like. The best part is that it is 100% made in the USA to the highest standards to ensure a safe product from farm to formula. It is manufactured in an FDA registered facility that is compliant with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), and it is certified by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) with Primus GFS. The farm is BMP compliant, cGMP compliant, bee friendly, and non-GMO. Contact us for bulk pricing on orders of 10 kg or more.
